The iSeries Server Agent takes the load off your system operators

The Server Agent forwards messages and events to the VISUAL Message Center Console so that they can be managed automatically, including message replies and system command actions. If an event cannot be resolved automatically, an operator can be alerted immediately with full diagnostic information so that they can take corrective action - before your business is affected.
Critical jobs, application errors, hardware devices, network configuration changes and third-party iSeries applications are also monitored so that all operations in your network are comprehensively kept in check.
